In order to be close to its customers, in September Girbau participated in the main international events of the hotel and laundry industry in various countries.
In Texcare Asia, which was held in Shanghai, China September 19-21, Girbau China’s stand was one of the most visited.
The scale models that reproduced different models of laundries were one of the centers of attraction for the visitors.
The Export Vice President, Santi Carol, said that “Girbau has participated in all of the fairs in Asia, and since beginning in Singapore the improvement has been constant. For Girbau, this year’s edition has been the best. The new convention center, together with a flawless organization, has helped us succeed. We have received many visitors from customers and distributors from Asia.”
“We were trying to have our Shenzhen and Beijing delegations consolidate their network of distributors, and there’s no doubt that we have achieved it. Moreover, this fair has given us enough impetus to continue working in this direction,” adds Carol.
One week after finishing Texcare, Girbau took part in
Cubalav, the IV International Symposium on Industrial Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Cleaning, in
Varadero, Cuba. In addition to participating with a stand, Girbau led two conferences. Girbau’s area manager for wash processes, Roser Zapata, said a conference, while the Projects Manager, Jordi Martínez, explained to the attendees the difference between a facility with washing machines and a tunnel facility.
At the same time as Cubalav, Girbau provided a training course for technicians from Central America and Cuba.
Finally, Girbau participated in the
Hotelga fair September 3-6 in La Rural – Buenos Aires, Argentina as well as in
Equip’hotel September 11-14 in São Paulo, Brazil.
Girbau Argentina and Girbau do Brasil have been very pleased with the results obtained at these two meetings, which were essential for the hotel and restaurant sector of the country.
The displays at the stands showed how Girbau’s broad range of equipment allows it to equip any type of hotel laundry and restaurant, irrespective of its size and needs.
