Girbau’s Compact is a new high production compact flatwork ironer that makes it possible to feed*, iron, dry, fold and stack* in a small space (*option).
With the Compact every kind of flat linen can be ironed and folded while saving energy using a carefully designed temperature control system.
To ensure that the linen is fed in effectively, the new flatwork ironer has an on-table suction system that helps to stretch the linen taut so that it enters the ironer ready-smoothed.
It allows the user to work with one, two or four work lanes. In this way, one lane can be used for sheets, two for table linen and four for small items.
VX3P STANDARD OPTION
1 or 2 folds on 1, 2, 3 or 4 lanes + 1, 2 or 3 cross-folds on 1 lane
MX3P MULTILINE OPTION
1 or 2 folds on 1, 2, 3 or 4 lanes + 1, 2 or 3 cross-folds on 1 lane, or 1 or 2 cross-folds on 2 lanes.
The folds are performed using jets of air and reversible conveyors.
The new flatwork ironer lets the user choose from 20 programs and create 20 more user-defined programs.
The Compact is extremely easy to use. All the ironing parameters, alterations or incidents that arise during the process can be controlled using an intuitive touch screen.
The new Girbau 5-in-1 ironing system is available in gas, electricity or steam versions.
